Things You Need Understand About Fat Loss

Fat loss is genuinely harder for some people but it is still achievable for everyone.

It's not an ability problem, most people know exactly what to do to lose body fat!

If you are not losing body fat, you are not in a calorie deficit.

The scales don't always show fat loss, in the short term they show changes in water weight but over a longer period of time they will show the changes in your body fat.

It is possible to lose body fat without losing weight.

Fat loss is probably going to take longer than you think. When you understand that it prevents you finding "quick fixes" and then giving up when you realise they aren't sustainable.

Improving your relationship with food is much more important than doing things like avoiding carbs or intermittent fasting.

The definition of a successful diet is isn't how much you lose during your dieting phase. It's Maintaining It!
