Change Your Thinking - Change Your Body


The clients who have achieved the body they wanted made this change first.

They believed that they could change how they looked and felt about their body.

They thought about what choices they were making with food and drink. They didn't view not drinking alcohol, eating processed or sugary foods as missing out they see it as making a choice that keeps them healthy.


It didn't happen overnight for some. It can take months to change the thoughts you have about your body. They were patient and kept with it (even if they had the odd slip up) which of course is perfectly natural.

I know that's not what a new client wants to hear but it's the truth. You have to be prepared to work hard, consistently and remain very focused on what you are doing and why.

Achieving the things you desire isn't always easy but it's always worth it!

Personal Training is and should be much more than just shouting at someone to give you 10 (although if that floats your boat I had plenty of practice in the RAF!) it's about supporting this change.

It's vital to understand that not everyone finds it easy to make these changes. My mission is to be empathetic whilst instilling the knowledge to enable clients to live a very healthy and happy life :)

Be patient, take your time with the changes you make and you might just do something amazing :)
