When The Going Gets Tough; Just Keep Going

February is typically the month when gym's become quieter and you start to see fewer people out running and cycling.

New Year Resolutions seem like they were made a long time ago and maybe you were hoping they would happen really quickly.

The reality is that change takes time and sometimes it's slow progress but that's okay.

Instant gratification in all aspects of our lives is common place and rarely do you hear people saying "it's okay I'm really happy to take my time to achieve my goals".

Now is the time to re-think what you wanted to achieve and importantly how long it was going to take you to get there.
