If You Change The Way You Look At Things The Things You Look At Change

"Dr Wayne Dyer" He knew a thing or two about what's going on in our dear old brains!

One of the first conversations I have with new clients is that we all need to understand what drives our beliefs and internal dialogue. It's honestly quite heartbreaking to hear the internal dialogue that some people have about themselves. If you can change that dialogue to a new, positive, encouraging and supportive dialogue, most things seem easier.

It takes time to change the way we think and feel about ourselves and I don't mean that happens in 2 weeks I mean it takes months, for me personally it took years!

However, the rewards of having an internal dialogue that is mostly rational and positive (we are human after all!) are huge. You can feel better simply by stopping your negative/unhelpful thoughts as soon as they pop into your head. It feels weird and it takes time but it does work!

The next time you have a negative/unhelpful thought. Say the work "Stop" either out loud or just think it really loud!!! Question yourself as to the validity of the words. With practice comes mastery

Here's to being your biggest supporter and making the changes in your life, maybe a bit easier!
