4 Ingredient Homemade Superfood Snack

I love finding new food combinations to curb my hunger between meals or pre and post workout. I love nuts. I love cherries. If you do too you might like these :)

Makes 10 Balls
95g Unsalted, roasted peanuts
90g Dried Cherries and a few fresh ones
125g Dates (Stoned)
Large pinch of salt


Blitz in a food processor 65g cup of the peanuts until they become close to the texture of butter. Then add everything else and blitz!

Pop in the fridge for 10 mins to firm up a bit and then they are ready to eat!

Keep them in the fridge in an airtight container.

I'm going to try them to fuel my next bike ride, I'll let you know what I think. I might need to squish them into squares to fit in my jersey pocket though!
