12 Days Of Christmas Workout :)

I've been having a lot of fun with my lovely clients this week doing what is quite a tough workout!

I adapt it to the individuals strengths so they can really get stuck into the exercises 

P.S. If you haven't used a Kettlebell before then don't attempt this workout the first time you do!

12 Days of Christmas Workout

Day 1 x10 Kettlebell Swings - Left Arm
Day 2 x10 Kettlebell Swings - Right Arm
Day 3 x10 KB Goblet Squats
Day 4 x10 Lunges - Lead Left Leg
Day 5 x10 Lunges - Lead Right Leg
Day 6 x10 Jump Jacks
Day 7 x10 Band Pull Aparts
Day 8 x10 KB Tricep Extension
Day 9 x10 Press Ups (Full Ones!)
Day 10 x10 KB Hip Thrusts
Day 11 x10 Toe Touches
Day 12 1 minute Plank

So you Day 1, then Day 1 & 2, then Day 1,2 & 3 etc, you get the idea!

It get's pretty intense at Day 12, Enjoy!!!
